How to use:

1. Dry your hands and open strips packet, tear off the strips from the backing liner.
2. Apply gel side against your teeth, lining up with edge of gum. apply gentle pressure to cover the teeth.
3. Peel off strips after 20-30 mins, rinse mouth with water

Cautions:

1. It is not recommended for pregnant women.
2. Not recommended for children under 16, and keep out of children under 12 years old.
3. Avoid contact with eyes, if contact occurs, rinse with water immediately.
